Talent Acquisition Specialist

 

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be responsible for hiring excellent, passionate and driven individuals to our teams and be a true contributor to our growth & success.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Talent Acquisition process and lifecycle for a variety of positions including technical and non-technical roles
  • End to end Talent Acquisition including profile the best candidates with the hiring managers, design an optimized hiring process and sources, job advertising, CV scanning, conducting phone and face-to-face interviews, reference checks, employment offers, and contracts.
  • Source for talents in order to fill open positions, using advanced sourcing approaches
  • Lead creative employer branding initiatives including social media campaigns, job fairs, meetups, conferences and more.
  • Use data to analyze, identify and report on trends, bottlenecks, and areas of improvement
  • Manage a positive candidate experience
  • Maintain applicant tracking system, ensuring candidate records and activity are current, and provide reports.

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience in a high-tech company, and in a global environment.
  • Proven sourcing skills.
  • Hands-on experience with various hiring processes (interviewing, writing job descriptions, reference checks and etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Hebrew and English
  • Positive, proactive and “Can do” attitude
  • Multi-tasking capabilities and desire to work in a dynamic environment.
  • A people person and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
