The Siemplify team is comprised of cyber-security professionals, veterans of Israeli intelligence agencies. We bring rich experience in security analysis, management and operations and are backed by experts in data science and applied mathematics.


Alon Cohen
Co-founder and VP R&D

With rich experience in Israel’s intelligence agency and Elbit Cyber & Intelligence division, Alon brings extensive technological and development-management background. He is a renowned expert in intelligence analysis systems, graph-analysis and defensive cyber solutions development.

Amos Stern
Co-founder & CEO

Amos is the Chief Executive Officer at Siemplify. He brings a unique technical and business background that includes leadership of the Cyber Security department within the IDF Intelligence Corps as well as directing sales and business development for Elbit’s Cyber & Intelligence Division

Garry Fatakhov
Co-founder & Chief Research Officer

Garry is the algorithmic research pillar at Siemplify, directing research efforts with multiple patent filings. Garry brings extensive knowledge in data mining, big data analysis and machine learning. His experience ranges from algorithmic trading to crime prediction algorithms to anomaly detection in enterprise networks.

Dennis Shaya
Chief Operations Officer

Dennis has a broad background in multiple operating, management and investment roles. He began his career in management consulting with Deloitte consulting, was part of the founding team of an early stage digital marketplace in the dot-com boom, and served in multiple corporate incubators. Most recently he was a partner with the NYC based venture firm Abundance Partners.

Miguel Carrero
EVP Strategy and Business Development

Miguel is a dynamic, growth oriented business leader with a passion for products and solutions that address specific customer needs. He served as Head of Product and Solutions of ArcSight; a business unit within Enterprise Security Products in HP Software, where he led the ArcSight portfolio of Products & Solutions and strategic evolution in this highly dynamic market.

Meny Har
VP Products

Meny leads our product team, helping direct the product vision and roadmap. Prior to Siemplify, he led the SOC Methodology, Integrations and Training Centre for ST InfoSecurity. He was also a Cyber Solutions Architect for Elbit Systems LTD, and served as a cyber security department head for the IDF’s central command.

Ryan Snell
VP Sales North America

Ryan brings two decades of enterprise software sales experience both with global institutions as well as early stage technology companies. After helping to address enterprise security needs with Symantec and Citrix, Ryan became VP and GM of the Americas for Whiptail, where he helped lead sales from inception through acquisition by Cisco.
